Virexa Digital provides digital marketing services including Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content strategy, SEO, creative design and related consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, fees and timeline for a client project will be confirmed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required platform access and rights to any materials supplied to us. Delays in receiving these items may affect delivery dates.
Fees and advertising spend
Service fees and payment dates are agreed before work begins. Google, Meta and other advertising spend is paid by the client or on the client’s behalf as agreed, and is separate from our service fees unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
Once agreed fees are paid, the client receives the rights to final, client-specific deliverables described in the project agreement. Virexa Digital retains rights to its methods, templates, processes and pre-existing materials. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
Results and platform changes
Marketing performance is influenced by market conditions, budgets, competition, creative, tracking and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, lead volume, revenue or advertising return. Platform policies and algorithms may change without notice.
