Project scope and payment
Services, fees, payment dates and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins. Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta or another platform is separate from Virexa Digital service fees unless an agreement says otherwise.
Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation by emailing contact@virexadigital.com. For ongoing services, the applicable notice period will be the period stated in the written agreement. Work completed or already committed before cancellation remains payable.
Refunds
Because strategy, planning, creative production and campaign management are delivered as time and work are committed, completed services and completed milestones are generally non-refundable. Any approved refund will be assessed against the written agreement and the work already delivered.
Advertising platforms
We cannot refund advertising spend that has already been charged by a third-party platform. Platform credits, rejected ads, outages and account decisions are governed by that platform’s policies.
Changes and rescheduling
We will work with you to adjust timelines where practical. Delays in receiving approvals, assets, access or information may move delivery dates and do not automatically create a right to a refund.
